FAQ

Life coaching helps clients to uncover the roadblocks to their personal and professional success – fulfilling career or job, thriving romantic relationships, better health and wellness.

Sometimes a person is not clear what they want or what stops them from achieving the aspiring goals. Life coaching provides guidance and support on how to gain clarity, uncover the unconscious blocks and move forward with confidence and self-trust.

Life coaching is not a quick-fix or a magic bullet. It relies on the principles of empowering clients to generate their own transformation. As it takes time to build mental and emotional resilience, a life coach is there all the way through to support clients until they are ready to face challenges with ease and grace.

My coaching meets each client where they are. I first help them discover what they want, then what stops them to act on it, and then together we create a plan that will help my clients to move forward to the future they are excited about.

We start a session by defining a goal clients want to achieve during the session. Then by asking powerful and self-reflective questions we investigate, uncover, and gain further clarity on how clients might achieve the goal and/or what hinders their success or taking forward action.

In the end we define the action items clients agree to take until the next session that will help them to propel their growth and transformation.

Therapy tends to focus more on treating mental health issues by looking into the past. Life coaching is more future-oriented and considers clients have within themselves what it takes to transform. Also, life coaching is more action-oriented, while therapy makes emphasis on active empathetic listening.
